A self-taught chef, Linda still enjoys spending hours of researching food magazines to improve her skills in making meals look and taste wonderful. This is the most fulfilling job I've ever had. Even though our recipes are predetermined, there are so many ways to make the dining experience comfortable, warm and inviting that our guests look forward to coming back for each meal. I get to work with a wonderful team of Food Specialists in our restaurant to make mealtimes a truly enjoyable experience for our guests.
